Course overview
This 10-hour program prepares experienced Mentor Coaches to achieve their Mentor Coach Specialization accreditation through ICF's Credit for Prior Learning pathway. The self-paced program has been built for coaches who already have real mentor coaching experience and who have completed the ICF evaluation training at the level at which they mentor coach.
Seven modules take you through the complete arc of mentor coaching: the ICF framework and your role within it, contracting, managing the mentor coaching process, formative appraisal, facilitating skill development, giving feedback, group mentor coaching, and integrating it all into your ongoing practice.
